The Bissell family has been making maple syrup in Northeast Ohio since the late 1800's. Today, Bissell Maple Farm is a blend of state-of-the-art technology and old-fashioned ingenuity. Sixth generation owner-operator Nate Bissell gave the brand a vision, and now develops new products that appeal to chefs and culinary enthusiasts alike.
